Perserverance does pay off.
Over the course of my first real week of 'healthy', I dropped 6 of the 10 extra pounds that had found their way to various parts of my body.
Feeling stronger and healthier ~ in body, mind, and soul. In fact, it is beginning to feel like the old me. Only better...
Now, all I have to do is focus on maintaining it into this next week.
One step at a time....
