What a perfectly healthy day it was!
Mini-workout...check.
NO fast food...check.
NO white bread...check (even declined the option of breading the fish I made for dinner and opted instead for a lemon pepper seasoning and broiling).
NO liquid carbs...check.
Went to bed on time...sort of ;)
AND indulged in Lindt 75% dark chocolate...now THAT was a true treat!
I am reluctant to say I am on a roll here...but, still can't wait to see what Day 4A has in store for me!
