Lunch with a friend...her birthday lunch, more specifically...is always an excuse for going off a "diet".
I don't care what anyone says.
That said, went off this day by indulging in some pasta and bread. Not alot, just enough for a taste. OK, a little more than a taste.
I see it as an excellent source of carb load for my workout on Day 5A!
Rationalization? Maybe...but it's my life, my blog....
