Return to Healthy: Day 5A and 6A

I combined these days because one ended up being my off day, in more ways than one. Everyone needs a break, right?

Off day consisted of:
  • no workout. Instead, I rationalized that I had just successfully completed 4 days of workout and I deserve a break.
  • the consumption of liquid carbs. I had 2 (yes, only 2 :)) Shiner Blondes
  • the consumption of fast food, in the form of popcorn and Coke slushee while at the movies with my friend. I rationalized that one: can't see a movie with him AND NOT indulge in those. It just wouldn't be the same!
Back on track today, complete with a long bike ride; fought the headwind all the way back. Double the workout!
