I try to learn something new every day. Most days, I succeed...if even only a little bit.
I learned something today. I can't say it is really "new" knowledge; let's call it augmented and amplified.
I learned that things work better when I plan some details. Actually, alot of details.
Starting my day just saying to myself "I will be healthy today" doesn't work for me. I have to drill down to the details. What will I eat? When will I eat? How much will I eat? When will I work out? What will I do for my workout?
I have to envision myself doing these things, in succession.
Anything short of this, for me, leads to failure and a quick trip off the path and into a maze of quick, last minute decisions that are made solely out of convenience. Sometimes they are fun and magical, but they only end up delaying and confusing things.
But, good thing for me that I see every day as a new opportunity to do it again the way I planned.
I think I may have said that last time too...ooops!
